My Baby Shot Me Down

I was five and he were six
We rode on horses made of sticks
he wore black and i wore white
he would always win the fight...

Bang bang, he shot me down
Bang bang, I hit the ground
Bang bang, that awful sound
Bang bang, my baby shot me down....

Seasons came and changed the time
when I grew up, I called him mine
he would always laugh and say
Remember when we used to play.....

Music played and all people sang
Just for me the church bells rang!!!!!

Now he's gone I don't know why
untill these days Sometimes I cry
he didn't even say goodbye
he didn't take the time to lie.....
